Peter Bauer, President
Prior to leading the company, Peter Bauer was the Vice President of Technology at Inovise Medical for over 6 years and held multiple Director positions in the area of Research and Development at BIOTRONIK for 8 years. Bauer began his career in the biomedical industry in 1995 after working many years in several research facilities in Europe in the area of solid-state physics, surface science, and nanotechnology. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany.

Alan Andresen, Vice President of Engineering
Alan Andresen cofounded Inovise in 1997 and has since worked there separately as director of algorithms, product platforms, and international marketing development. Prior to Inovise, Andresen worked over 12 years at Hewlett-Packard's Cardiology Division, holding technical leadership positions on Holter monitoring and 12 Lead ECG Cardiograph developments. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University.

David A. Chazanovitz, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Chazanovitz most recently served as President and CEO Alveolus, Inc., a leader in the development of non-vascular interventional stent technology. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cambridge Heart, Inc. from 2000 through October 2006.  From 1998 to September 2000, Mr. Chazanovitz served as the President of the Neurosciences Division of NMT Medical Inc. From 1996 to July 1998, Mr. Chazanovitz served as the President of the Septal Repair Division of NMT, following the merger of Interventions, Inc. with NMT. Mr. Chazanovitz was a founder in 1995 of Interventions, a developer of septal repair devices. Mr. Chazanovitz also previously served as the President of several divisions of C.R. Bard, Inc., including Bard Ventures, Bard Electrophysiology and USCI Angiography. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of MassPro, the Massachusetts quality improvement organization.
